1) Noun : A person who is acting in a retarded manner, idiotic, rather annoying, and we just don't like what they are doing. This person may own a Mongolian Yak, Miniature Pony, or a Monkey.
2) Adjective: Not fair, describing something you don't like, or is just plain gay (not in a happy sort of way, in a retarded way)

The extra special version of confused. To be so confused that you have entered a state of confuzzlement that is to say, that you are so confused, you can't even say confused. "Yo Kim, You look really confuzzled?"
